Co-founder
Salma is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Human Resource Advisor and a published author. In a career of over 20 years, she thrived in multicultural environments, having worked in Private, United Nations and International Organisations and lived in the Middle East, Asia and Europe. Her experience has deepened her attunement to cross-cultural issues and challenges arising from international life opportunities. She collaborates with organisations in areas related to talent acquisition and development. As a coach, she supports professionals and aspiring leaders tap into their inner powers and form new life visions and career goals. She speaks English and Arabic fluently.

Ruqaya is a Columbia University-trained Leadership Coach based between the United States and Dubai that enjoys working with individuals and teams longing to get unstuck and create extraordinary results. She brings a global perspective, including four years of experience in her prior work as an architect in the Middle East before transitioning her career to Social Organisational Psychology. As a certified coach and an Organisational Psychologist, she deeply understands many challenges in organizational settings. Ruqaya loves shifting paradigms, showing people what’s possible for them when they choose to let go of their limiting beliefs and step into their vision with confidence. She speaks Arabic, English and basic French.

Adriana works with teams who need to restore communication and collaboration. She steps into the discomfort and helps individuals work together to surpass resistance to change, leaning into approaches where commitment and trust are key. Adriana’s passion is helping others find creative solutions to complex social problems. She takes a Design Thinking approach to social impact innovation, supported by an international background in human rights and strategic stakeholder engagement. She is currently based in France, with an international background that has taken her to live and work in over 15 countries. This has given her a first-hand insight into life-transitions and the coming together of different cultures. Adriana studied Agricultural Economics at Imperial College, London. She is a trained Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™) Coach. She is also a trained facilitator in Design Thinking with a Sustainability lens and a certified BLeader with BCorp. She fluent in English and Spanish, with working knowledge of French.
